Pre-Owned Cartier La Dona
A unique design by the Cartier Maison, which is steeped in history and design. This Cartier La Dona timepiece was inspired by Maria Felix, a singer and actress who had a strong affiliation with the brand in the 1950s. Cartier designed many high jewellery pieces for Felix over the years and in 2006, decided to launch a collection dedicated to her and her love of exotic animals. The La Dona’s case design is based on that of a crocodile’s head, a favourite pet of Felix’s. This exquisite example blends 18ct yellow gold, with an eye-catching burgundy alligator strap, alongside those famous Roman numerals on the dial.
