Our stores are now open

We are delighted to advise our clients that all Laings stores are now open.

As the safety of our clients and in store teams are of the utmost importance to us, we kindly ask that all clients please continue to follow local government guidelines and wear a face covering (unless exempt) and continue to follow social distancing measures. Our in store teams will continue to wear face coverings during your visit.

Whilst stores are open to welcome visitors without an appointment, we have also introduced a bespoke appointment system available Monday to Thursday. By offering an appointment service, we can ensure appropriate social distancing while maintaining the standard of customer experience that is synonymous with Laings. PROTECTING YOU AND OUR STAFF

Store teams will be equipped with hand sanitiser, face masks and will be using gloves when handling product. Our desks are fitted with Perspex screens for protection.

NEW CLEANING ROTATIONS

Frequently touched areas will be regularly disinfected, including all surfaces.

STAFF WELLBEING

Staff temperatures will be checked before and during every shift to ensure they are well enough to work.
